The sharp and tricky slide when jerking and the seesaw fall in a horizontal position have a strong appeal with flashing and wave motion.
The forward center of gravity body makes it difficult to jump out when fast reeling on the surface, and the horizontal fall that takes a long time in the air is very effective for rise shooting.
One pitch jerk using a line slug is effective for spanish mackerel and yellowtail fish. Lift and fall is effective for flatfish, rockfish, seabream, and cutlassfish, as they can be lured slowly.
